• Probate and probate/estate litigation - In our probate and probate/estate litigation practice, we offer dedicated advocacy for individuals seeking appointment as a guardianship or conservatorship after a loved one has become incapacitated. We also represent parties when disputes arise over matters such as spousal inheritance, abuse of powers of attorney, trust interpretation or estate administration.
