Brian Stutheit has over twenty five years experience working with insurance carriers. In his career he has defended licensed professionals of all kinds, tried many premises liability claims, worked for high risk auto insurance carriers, represented landlords, property managers and construction companies.
We currently represent insureds in the areas of premises liability, construction defect litigation, professional liability (architects, engineers, roofers, stucco installers, framers, landscapers, excavators, builders, property managers and realtors), property loss, fire claims, and contractual indemnity. We directly represent carriers and subrogation services (subrogees) in recovering paid claims and protecting their subrogation rights.
We understand that the goal of insurance defense is close claims quickly and for a reasonable amount. However, when trial is unavoidable, we strive to keep costs at a minimum and to achieve the best results expeditiously. We honor our pretrial budgets.
