All of our attorneys are experienced writing, negotiating and finding the loopholes in service contracts, employment agreements, non-compete agreements, construction contracts, leases and lending agreements. Our construction contract clients include subcontractors such as stucco installers, framers, and roofers. We are familiar with AIA contract forms for architects, developers and engineers.
Our attorneys have many years experience with purchase and sale contracts, facilities leasing and warehouse and commercial property contracting. Our firm works for multiple real estate investors and small business owners.
