Brian K. Stutheit

Brian Stutheit is a Colorado native. In 1978 he received
his law degree from the University
of Texas. Mr. Stutheit has substantial
litigation experience in all areas in which the firm
practices.
He is active in the Colorado
Claims Association, the Denver Claims
Association, the Colorado Association of Home Builders, the
Rocky Mountain Property Claims Association, the Colorado
Bar Association, the Arapahoe
County Bar Association and the Christian
Lawyers Society of Metro Denver.
Mr. Stutheit is proud that West Publishing asked him to
write two chapters in its litigation manual for lawyers,
Colorado Civil Procedure Forms and Commentary.
Mr. Stutheit has successful results in trial courts
throughout Colorado and the Colorado Supreme Court.
