Patricia Watson is Of Counsel to the firm, having worked with Stutheit & Gartland since 2001 to assist the firm in the vigorous defense of complex construction defect suits. Ms. Watson also brings a strong background in commercial real estate leasing and sales. Ms. Watson has worked as a general contractor and owns many entrepreneurial ventures. She is a member of the Board of Governors of Opportunity International, a microfinance charity operating internationally. Ms. Watson is a member of the Colorado Bar Association, the Denver Bar Association, and the Order of the Coif. She is a summa cum laude graduate of the law school at Florida State University, where she ranked second in her class. She was admitted to the Colorado Bar in 1997.
